added my bank account to apple cash but 'transfer is greyed out
Does it take time to verify before I can transfer funds to my bank account? My debit card is Mastercard so I can't use it.

It does take time but you can use your Mastercard debit if you use the regular transfer method. Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
