AirPods not working

I bought AirPods two days ago and they worked when I bought them, but now they keep flashing amber. I can pair them separately, but they do not work together. My left AirPod has a different firmware to my right (1A661 & 1A673) I have tried to get the firmware to update, but nothing has changed. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Two Airpods with Different Firmware Version Apple Team replaced both my Airpods (Airpods Pro). Light on the case is not flashing white ( Pressed it for almost 1 Min). Now they paired as two different bluetooth devices. On checking i found that firmware version of both the airpods is Different. One is 2B584 and another one is 2B588. I tried resetting but no use. Any help..?
