I have an iphone 6s. How long will the new iOS versions be compatible with iPhone 6s? im really worried about it is there any trade up policy for iphone. can u please help me out.

A 6s will support the next update of iOS.

The next version of iOS (iOS 13) will be supported by the 6s. As for future versions, we don't know.
