Can't restore Apple TV (4th Gen)

Hello Everyone!

Some days ago I woke up and I found my 4th gen. AppleTv stuck on Recovery Page.

I've tried to Restore both with itunes and AppleConfigurator but they print me this message:

Unexpected device state 'Recovery' expected 'RestoreOS' [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore – 0xFAD (4013)]

I've already tried to change PC, Cable and update apps, but nothing happened.

What have I to do?

That means it is in recovery mode and needs to be restored using iTunes. Make sure you follow the steps exactly (disconnect all cables, connect USB C, reconnect power).

If you're unable to restore using iTunes then you will need to take the device into Apple

Please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202118 , your Apple TV may need to be reset if a restore does not work.
