I don't see my AppleTV in my list of devices

My AppleTV is not working. LED continues to blink. Getting a message on my TV to log in support.apple.com/appletv/restore . Tried trouble shooting. Still no luck. Can anybody help me

That means it is in recovery mode and needs to be restored
