When I record, it doesn’t want to record

I can hear videos, Snapchat, Netflix basically everything I even get notifications. But when I record, it doesn’t want to record, I tried with Snapchat, voice memos, and camera they all pause and like kinda freeze and don’t record. When I’m on a call the speaker will highlight itself without me touching and turnoff with without me touching and I can’t even hear anyone and when it does start to work, I will hear static and they’re voice will echo and they say the same for mine. This has became so frustrating because my phone was fine yesterday and it just started doing that, yesterday. I just don’t know what to do at this point because this is a new replacement and I don’t understand how this is happening. I tried force resetting, tried resetting by iTunes. It’ll work for like 1 minute and go back to the same mess. Someone help me please

Sounds like there are issues with some of the mics and speakers. Schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider. You've done basically everything that could be done to exclude a software bug.
