iPhone disabled

HI my iPhone says connect to iTunes and I'm not sure my iPhone is backed up is there an other way that I can still save my stuff? HELP!

Here's the only way: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
