iCloud

I got my mom an Apple Watch for her bday, but when I set it up I forgot we are both on the same iCloud account which synced them to both phones. Is there a way for one of us to set up our own iCloud account without losing everything or how would we fix this problem? I want us both to have our own so we don’t keep running into problems like this.
