My iPhone saved two screen recordings while I was asleep and not using my phone. Hack or glitch?

Last night at about 1:30am i was on my phone. I have screen recording attached to my control center. While i was on safari, I got a pop up notification from my phone saying that the screen recording could not be saved due to insufficient storage. I had not hit the screen record button, and the red screen recording bar at the top of my screen was not there to tell me my screen was being recorded. I closed the browser and restarted my phone and went to sleep. I woke up at 5:20am and checked my phone and I had a notification from 1hr ago saying that my screen recording was saved to my Photos. I was asleep at this time so there was no way I had hit the button to record. I checked my photo and videos and there was nothing there. I'm super creeped out right now. Is my phone somehow being hacked right now or is this just a possible glitch? What should i do to prevent this from happening if it is a hack?
