I just purchased my 10 year old an iPad. She is on the family plan. She is receiving all my text messages and phone calls. How do I fix this?

That's no longer true. You, the parent can create an Apple ID for any child under the age of 13 yourself.

Then you want to use parental controls to manage the content your child can access: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


You need to do this and not share your Apple ID.
