iPhone wallpaper keeps going black

Im having some problem setting the wallpaper on the locked screen. Its always all black even when I change the image selecting a new image for locked screen or both (locked screen and home screen). I tried to do a hard restore (volume up, volume down and right button till I see the apple logo).
