app store - iTunes

I just thought a new iPhone X, and now my apps don't work. If I want to connect to parkmobile it asks to buy it again because the old email address I bought it from I have no longer access to, it belongs to my ex partner...so I want everything discounted to this emailadress and have everything on my name. I don't have access to that password and am stuck..


Hope you can help fix certain apps on my new phone

Unfortunately you can't, content (apps, music, films etc) from Apple is tied to the account that originally bought/downloaded it, and it's not currently possible to copy or transfer them to a different account. If the apps are free apps (and are still in the store) then you can re-download them via your own account, but you can't transfer them.
