Question Mark symbol (?) On Apple Watch clockface

Hi there,

not sure if this has anything to do with the issue that I’m facing. I’m on iOS 13 beta and ever since installing it, my Apple Watch (s4 44mm watch OS 5.2.1) has been automatically turning do not disturb on and just today I now have a question Mark (?) on my clock face.

Ive tried factory reset but nothing works. What should I do?

The status Icons do not include a question mark at this time,...https://support.apple.com/guide/watch/status-icons-apdce21b02a0/watchosWhen you download a beta you are not sure of what you will get, that's why Apple cautions us. I would try resetting your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
