Macbook Pro Apple Mail

Mail marked as junk keeps returning to inbox. And how do I keep junk mail from being showed in inbox after I send it to junk and it disappears then returns to inbox? Even junk mail previously marked as junk comes in again as new mail and is not being filtered out. I have enabled junk mail filtering. The Hilton Honors mail is a new sending even though it is identified and in my junk mailbox.

Thanks for the links. I confirmed that these were the links I had previously followed and taken the recommended steps. At this point I will conclude that the problem lies with my ISP not apple mail and will now move the question to them. I wanted to confirm that there wasn't some piece of apple info out there that I wasn't aware of. Thanks!
