Iphone activation lock
Actually i purchased apple from some one donot know and when i reset it get stuck on actovation lock and not accepting my id
Unless you can contact the person who knows the AppleID password used, there is no way you will ever be able to activate and use that device. Only the person who setup Activation Lock can disable it - see Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support.
Apple does not get involved with private party sales, gifts or exchanges of personal property and will not help you with this.
