iMovie for iPad full version with all the features as in MacOS
Can I download the full version of iMovie with all the features as in MacOS on my iPad?

Unfortunately, no. You cannot download iMovie for Mac to your iPad. iPad will run only iMovie for iOS. iMovie for iOS is a different program than iMovie for Mac. The iPad iMovie version is an abbreviated version of the Mac version. It has lots of features but not quite as much as the Mac has. However, if you do an iMovie project on the iPad, you can import the iOS project into iMovie 10 on your Mac, and have access to the Mac iMovie version's features.
