Screen Shaking while being touched
My screen keeps shaking if I hold and move it. I will need help please.

You may be describing what is called Parallax Effect.
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > Turn it on
OR
Did you by any chance touch an app long enough for all the apps to jiggle? If you see an x in the top left of any app and the apps are jiggling, tap your home button to stop them.
