Powerbeats Pros not disconnecting

I’ve had PB Pros for a few weeks and they’ve been great. All of a sudden today, they’re not disconnecting when I put them in the case. They still show as connected in the Bluetooth menu on my phone, and calls and audio are routing through the PBS even though they’re in the case. I tried doing a full reset and re-pair of the PBs with my phone but it’s still doing it. Has anyone else seen this?

If the charging ports on the earbuds are clean and undamaged, I don’t know.

Contact Apple support is all I can suggest.
