can not reset my security questions and cant restart my facetime

Hi, can anyone help please ? I have an apple I phone 5s and my facetime just stopped working a few weeks ago so I put my apple id and password in fine but then it asks for answers to 2 security questions and they were so long ago I cant remember them but when I follow the link to reset them it just says that there's not enough information to do this and it just goes back to beginning, been on with this for about 4 hours and cannot get any further ?/

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security


You may need to reach Apple’s Account Security department. If you cannot find your country or are not able to call, then complete this form and send it to them.


Try using Apple's iForgot service. If it says they don't have sufficient information, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if you can't use any of the ones listed, fill out and submit this form.
