Do you have any accessories connected, Bluetooth or a headset that might be answering these calls?

Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled?

You can find that in Settings > Do Not Disturb, to make sure this is off.

Also, let's try restarting your iPhone and testing what happens when you receive a call.
