Can u find your serial number to the phone on the purchase receipt
It depends on the shop where you bought it. On my lastest receipt (I bought my new iPhone in a Carrier's shop) I've only the IMEI number (that's enough to identify my device).
Out of habit, I always take a picture at the back of the box, where all the codes are.
