We use T-mobile. IF I purchase a new ipad will it come unlocked so I can use my t-mobile sim?

iPad's sold in the US from Apple are NOT carrier locked. You should have no issue using T-Mobile as your provider of data services for a new iPad. If you purchase an iPad from a Carrier directly however, they may offer incentives and may lock the device to them as part of the deal.
