Download apps

Just purchased a new iPad and can’t download apps from the App Store. The icon just spins.

Things to check:

  1. make sure you have a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank, associated with your Apple ID
  2. make sure you are connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi
  3. make sure you are accessing your local App Store in your country
  4. make suer there's no restriction set on your iPad
