one air pod not connecting

one of my air pods not connecting I have tried everything to try and fix them I cleaned them, I tried turning my bluetooth on and off and I reset them but still nothing has worked please somebody help I just got them two weeks ago and im already having problems

iPhone 7, iOS 12

3) Full reset: Reset your AirPods

4) AirPods Service and Repair
