How eliminate hidden purchases
Is it possible to eliminate definitively an app from the section "hidden purchases" from iPad?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I see you have a question about hidden purchases, and I'd like to help out.
Apps, music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books will be associated with the Apple ID that originally downloaded or purchased them. You can hide from members of a Family Sharing group, or from someone else who uses your Apple ID. However, you can not delete an item from your purchase history.
