I have a second iPhone that will be disconnected soon

I have a second phone that will be disconnected soon. I got a phone call and it was a recording from apple support and told me that suspicious stuff was in my phone and not to access any banking info and that I should click 1 to get apple support. is This something apple support does? The phone number is from straight talk
