iPhone SE screen black spot

The left-hand side of my iPhone SE screen, I see how a large black spot about the size of my thumb. The touch sensitivity does not work well and the screen showing white color line. I sent my iPhone SE in my shop ( Abans, Sri Lanka) but them tell me can't get the warranty for my iPhone. Is it possible to get this fixed or would I need to buy a new phone?
