Hello DannywithaD,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post it appears that the screen has "the dead touch issues" and a cracked camera lens. Lets start with some basic troubleshooting first. Let's take a look at this support article:
If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If the steps in this article do not resolve your screen touch issues, you can use the following article to see if your iPhone is eligible for the repair program:
iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program for Touch Issues - Apple Support
You will need to contact Apple Support using the link in that article to set up service. They will be the ones to determine if the cracked camera lens will have an affect on the warranty coverage.
Best regards.

Well, this is an awkward way to find out that my account is being used by someone I do not know. I will need to change my password. Sorry for wasting your time like this chris_g1.
Anyway, it is going to appear odd the answer is coming from the asker, but after careful review of limited warranty coverage and the Quality Program coverage qualification requirements, the answer is that any physical damage that is caused by anything other than manufacturing issues would disqualify any limited warranties that are available for that device.
While the iPhone X has a quality program available for touch issues that might persist, damage to the device's enclosure (in this case, the camera lens) would disqualify the Quality Program coverage as well.
