I am an active duty military police officer. I wear my watch everyday. The problem I am having is when I’m in uniform my uniform rubs the screen. This turns on my music or zooms stuff in. Essentially my watch wigs out all day because it thinks my sleeve is a finger. Can I turn this one so it only accepts my finger? Or possibly a different solution for this?

The best solution I can think of is turning off wrist detection. This will prevent your watch from turning on when you move your arm and should stop your Watch from thinking your sleeve is your finger. You can find the toggle in Settings, General, Wake Screen, turn off Wake Upon Raise.
