Volume Bar

When I use the Instagram app the volume bar is all across the top of the screen when it should be on the left side of the notch, it was like that when I bought the iPhone but now it's like this. Can I somehow return it to the original place? I'm using an iPhone XR.

If it is only doing this in the Instagram app then you need to contact the developers and ask them to change it.
