When you cancel a subscription will it give you a refund and not charge your card?
No. It just stops future payments.

If cancelled more than 24 hours before the renewal date, it won't put any new charges on the card, but existing ones will remain. If cancelled after that, the next charge may be made, but not subsequent ones.
