Apple music billing

My debit card was recently stolen. Apple cancelled my apple music account because that card doesn't exist but they won't let me edit it or add a new one.

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
