mp3 won't play on iPhone

I had problems syncing my mp3 files that i made from videos with my iPhone 8 from iTunes on Windows 10. I was able to fix that by changing the bit depth of the mp3 files to 16.

Then suddenly I started having trouble playing those files on my iPhone 8. I get an error message in Music on my iPhone 8 that says "This song is not curreently available in your contry or region." It was working for a time before that. Here is a screenshot of the message:
