Ipad 4 A1460 update to iOS 11

I am trying to download some apps from the App Store but some apps require me to install iOS 11. According to Apple my device can only update up to iOS 10. How can I install these apps without updating my IPad?

You can't. Maybe there is an older compatible version available. If not, you are out of luck. You also can't update the A6X-powered iPad (4th generation) past 10.3.3. To get those apps, you will need a newer model iPad.
