"Borrow" a wifi network form your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.
You can't update your device if not connected to a reliable and possibly fast wifi network.

u need wifi to update your iOS if not try with iTunes on your pc
Well, that doesn’t help, when all of the WiFi zones are locked, and I can’t access them. I’m trying to pair up my iWatch, and there’s no open WiFi networks available. I’m also asked to charge, while doing the update, but I’m not near WiFi, while I’m charging, which is also while I’m asleep.

That's possible only if the computer is connected to a wifi network too.
