i brought a US appstore giftcard but my apple id is from the netherlands, is there still a way i can get too use my giftcard?

I am considering buying an apple gift card I am currently in Bahrain and Ive seen another question where someone had a problem that i may face too so I don't know what to do. Buying a Gift Card in Foreign Country and using it to pay a subscription Can I use an Apple gift card to pay for my yearly subscription to an App, if I purchase the card in a foreign country? The issue is that for the moment I can't use my credit card that is linked to my apple account.

No. iTunes Store gift cards can only be redeemed or spent in the country they originated from.
