No option to change recovery key under Security.

How can I request for a new recovery key if there is no option under Security to tap “edit>request new recovery key”?

Generating/Creating a new Recovery Key option is not available When I sign into my Apple account, and select edit Security, there is no option there to generate a new Recovery Key if I have "lost" my original. How do you (with clear specifics) generate a new recovery key?

You have trusted phone numbers and therefore you are using two factor authentication. Recovery keys are obsolete.
