We can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely.

Try to force restart your device, following these steps: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If you get no improvements, it could be a hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your 7+ inspected: Apple – Location Selector
