Hello, when I go to unlock my iPad, the iPad enters the wrong code by itself and then I get locked out. It’s like the iPad has been hacked and someone else is trying to enter the passcode.
iPads do not get “hacked” unless it is jailbroken. What iPad do you have? Try “hard reset” it, or restore it to default settings, and set it up as new.
Take your iPad Air to an Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Center and have them check it out. It could be “hardware issues,” they can let you know what’s really going on.
iPad Air. I have tried hard reset and restored it to factory settings. It’s not jail broken either. When I go to enter the passcode it’s like someone else is typing for me. It’s always the wrong passcode and can get locked out for a long time.
