FaceTime issue in iphone7 plus

I bought iphone7 plus from saudi 2 yrs ago and came to india. I updated all the latest ios versions but still I can’t use FaceTime. Is there any option to use Facetime..! I never formated the handset after purchase. FaceTime is missing in the settings list. Pls suggest a solution.

"You can use FaceTime over Wi-Fi1 or over cellular on supported iOS devices2. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. However, with iOS 11.3 and later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Saudi Arabia".

Hi Niel. Thanks for straightening all that out, as I was away from my computer.


What I took from the OP's original post was that they were currently traveling in India from Saudi Arabia, which is why I included the link to restoring FaceTime. Obviously, they didn't simply travel to India, as they mentioned in their later post, but moved to India. They also didn't mention in their original post that they were using an Indian Sim card.
