Passcode forgotten

My mom gave me her old iPhone, model A1332. She doesn't remember passcode and I have no way to get to a computer. Will the Apple Store help & would they charge me or a way for me to unlock the phone?

If you don't have iTunes, download and install iTunes on your Mac or PC. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

You may be required to enter you apple id. Should you not have the password, you will need to take the iPhone to an apple store with your mom and proof of purchase.
