Whatsapp takeover of Facetime

I have Whatsapp for a relative that is not an I phone user. However, now all of my contacts can only be video called with Whatsapp and I cannot get Facetime to work. The only solution I have found says to hold the video on the contact name and select Facetime - which does not give me an option.

Any advice other than deleting Whatsapp? which prevents me from video calling the non iphone relative?

Is there any way to select Facetime for the contacts that I want to Facetime?

This is because FaceTime has been restricted using Screen Time restrictions

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restriction > Allowed Apps > FaceTime > [Enable]

Settings > Screen Time > Allowed Apps [Add FaceTime]
