Ability to add purchased music to my library

How do I redownload or obtain the ability to redownload music on my iPhone if I previously deleted the music from my library from my iPhone? I purchased two albums from my iPhone using the iTunes Store app. They downloaded to my iPhone's Apple Music app as expected. After, I deleted those albums from my iPhone, then I deleted them from my Library. Now I cannot figure out how to even obtain the ability to redownload them. They're not showing up in my purchased music category in the iTunes Store app, or on my Apple Music app at all, but when I search for the albums on the iTunes Store app, they say that I have purchased them, while not giving me the ability to redownload them.
