Is there a way to recover "date created" information for videos already imported from iPhone? On import to laptop, all the date created information was changed to the date of the import. So I don't know when each video was actually taken...
Looking for a way to RECOVER this information - is this possible??

Since you have not mentioned explicitly about the import process and where exactly you have stored it. I have made this explanation based on certain notions.
If you have imported iPhone Photos and Videos to Photos app on a Mac then all the meta data remains intact. and can viewed by right clicking the Photo and Get Info (See the Pic Below)
Photo Taken Date and Photo Imported Dates are also captured.
