You're supposed to use Photos instead of iPhoto.
Photo Booth is an OS component and should have been upgraded with it.
For iMovie and other applications, go to their product page in the new country's store and get them.

Thanks! My macbook pro (2014) model was able to update to High Sierra, however a new problem occurred. I am unable to use some of the built in apps such as iPhotos, Photo Booth, and iMovie because they need to be upgraded as well, but the updates are not available in the Canadian Store. What should I do?
