How can restrictions be set to not allow manual date and time change?

Screen time limits are ineffective if the date and time are changed

iPad (6th gen) WiFi, Cellular

Hello,

This kind of restriction can be set using Apple Configurator. It is a free application available on the Macintosh. At this time there is no direct way to enforce this directly on the iPad.
