iPad access

Hi, I have wiped my iPad and started fresh with a full restore, however it’s locked into my fathers Apple ID and the Apple ID account is disabled, I set up this account for him a while ago and tried to answer the security questions which where wrong unfortunately he will have no idea what it is too, I can’t use my iPad at all and there’s no way around it, what do I do ?

There is nothing that you can do without unlocking the device with your fathers Apple ID and password. If the account was disabled, he can try to re-enable the ID.
