How can I restrict screen-time on my child's iPhone 5?
Is it possible?
I have a IPhone 8 and he is as my familly member

I'm sorry, the iPhone 5 would still have Restrictions in Settings>General. However, it does not have the same restrictions as Screen Time, due to the age of the phone and the iOS. You would not be able to set it the same as your phone. Screen Time is a feature of iOS 12 series, and I apologize for missing that you mentioned your child had an iPhone 5.
