Apple Music Subscription

I signed for a family music subscription last month for a free trial of 3 months. Today, after only one month, I got charged. When I reviewed the disclaimers, it said "for new subscribers only." I had not seen that before but considered myself a new subscriber even though a few years ago I did subscribe as an individual. Evidently, this charge is not refundable, according to the site. What, if anything, can I do to reclaim the $15? Even if nothing, I think Apple should make abundantly clear who a "new subscriber" is; plus, there was no indication I would only receive one month free. I'm a long time Apple user but this sort of thing really chaps me.

Those are the terms , a trial usually means something you want to try out, that you haven’t tried before.

technically you’re still subscribing even while it’s still a trial.

You would not be eligible for a refund, but you’re welcome to try, say it was an accident.
