I just purchased 6 songs from iTunes and have always been able to share with my husbands phone. They work on mine but on his 3 of the songs play but 3 of them give him a message that the content isn’t authorized? What’s the problem? How do I fix it?

Is his phone an iPhone?
Yes he has an iPhone and I just purchase songs on my Apple ID and then I can drag or add them to his device. We each have our own Apple ID but we do t want to purchase songs separately.
We have family sharing now but he just joined that today. We have been sharing songs for years and we have had success with it until now. Even now half of the songs transferred.
